1. The Promoter
The Promoter is Lucky4U Competitions trading as Lucky4U Competitions. Operating competitions and prize draws, resulting in the allocation of prizes to the consumer.

Any & all competitions ran by Lucky4U are open to those aged 18 years and over only and residents within the UK or ROI. Lucky4U employees, as well as members of their immediate families are exempt from entering prize draws.

2. The Competition
2.1 – By entering any of the competitions provided by Lucky4U Competitions, you, the entrant, are agreeing to comply to all the Terms & Conditions listed on The Promoter’s website.
2.2 – All competitions are skill-based competitions, and an entry fee is payable each time you enter.
2.3 – Upon entering a competition, the entrant will be required to correctly solve a problem or answer a question for their entry to be submitted.
2.4 – By participating in any competition provided by Lucky4U, and accepting the Terms & Conditions, you, the entrant, confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering competitions. Lucky4U Competitions will not be held responsible for any entrants entering competitions unlawfully.

3. Entering Competitions
3.1 – Entering Competitions can be done via The Promoter’s website.

3.2 – Competition entrance tickets are subject to availability per each individual draw.
3.3 – Availability & pricing of competition entrance tickets is at the discretion of The Promoter & will be specified at the point on sale. [via www.lucky4ucompetitions.co.uk]
3.4 – All Competition entries must be received by The Promoter, no later than the specified closing date/time listed. All entries received after this time will automatically be deemed disqualified & entry fees will not be refundable.
3.5 – All dates & times referred to are that of the GMT/BST time zone.
3.6 – The maximum number of entries per Competition, will be stated on The Promoter’s website [www.lucky4ucompetitions.co.uk]. The number of entries each entrant can make may be limited if the maximum number of entries has been reached.
3.7 – All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries in languages other than English will automatically be disqualified and no refund will be given.
3.8 – The Promoter will confirm the entry of each Entrant once received.
3.9 – The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any incomplete Entries if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an Entrant has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
3.10 – All winners will be identified, as well as their address verified. If it becomes known that an address has been forged to flout The Promoter’s rules, no prize will be awarded.
3.11 – All Entry lists are publicly available for viewing on The Promoter’s website [www.lucky4ucompetitions.co.uk].

3.12 – You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:

• (a) Send your entry via first class post on a non-enclosed postcard to The Promoter, at this address: Lucky4U Competitions, 63-66 Hatton Garden, 5th Floor, Suite 23, London, EC1 N8LE
• (b) include with your entry the following information:
  (i) Your full name
  (ii) Your address
  (iii) A contact telephone number and email address
  (iv) Name of the Competition you are entering
  (v) Your answer to the Competition Question

4. Promotion Period
4.1 – Each Competition will run for a specified period. The running time of each
Competition may vary, please see individual Competition listings for further details – start & end date/time.
4.2 – The promoter reserves the right to extend the competition up to 7 days a maximum of 4 times.

5. Competition End & Draw
5.1 – All Entrants who answer the Skill-based Competition Question correctly  will be entered into the prize draw.
5.2 – All entries will be assigned a random number between 1 and the maximum range for that competition.
5.3 – The draw will be made, finalised and winner chosen using a random number generator service – the numbers will be entered into the number generator, the number drawn will then be matched with the Competition Entry to determine the prize winner.
5.4 – Lucky4U Competitions will announce the Competition Winner across their Social Media platforms.
5.5 – Lucky4U Competitions will contact the Competition Winner directly via Social Media and/or email to inform them of their success.
5.6 – If Lucky4U Competitions are for whatever reason unable to receive contact from the Competition Winner within 5 working days – (which may be extended at the discretion of The Promoter), or if the Competition Winner fails to confirm acceptance of their prize, or if the Competition Winner has been disqualified, the Competition Winner will the forfeit the prize and a new Prize Draw will be carried out.
5.7 – All Entrants are automatically entered onto The Promoter’s database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of their Competition, as well as any future Promotions or Competitions offered by The Promoter. 6. Eligibility
6.1 – The Competition is open to:

• Those individuals who reside within the UK or ROI
• Those individuals who are 18 years old and over

Except:

• Employees of The Promoter
• Employees of agents/suppliers of The Promoter
• Those who are professionally connected with The Promoter, competition or its administration
• Those who are immediate family members or households of the
  above

6.2 – By entering The Competition, you are agreeing and confirming that you are eligible to do so.
6.3 – The Promotor may require that you provide proof of eligibility.
6.4 – If you fail to produce any such proof, or any other information or documentation to The Promoter when required, you may risk disqualification from The Competition.
6.5 – The Promotor will not accept Competition Entries which are;
Automatically computer generated or Incomplete
Account registration incomplete

6.6 – Any Entrant whose behaviour and/or attitude towards Lucky4U Competitions’ Staff or other Entrants that is deemed as harassing, offensive or rude, whether it be via social media, telephone or in person, will be disqualified from entry and may risk having entry to future competitions revoked.
6.7 – No refunds will be given, in any event – including:

• Ineligibility
• If after entering, the required eligibility criteria for entering or claiming
  prizes is changed
• Disqualification

6.8 – Entries, including free entries are limited to 25 (TWENTY FIVE) per household, per competition.
6.9 – Entries may be limited if the maximum number has been reached.

7 – Prizes
7.1 – Details of available Prizes will be listed within the Competition listing on The Promoter’s website [www.lucky4ucompetitions.co.uk].
7.2 – Details listed of the Prize are listed to the best of The Promoter’s knowledge.
7.3 – Prizes are subject to availability
7.2 – The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize where and when applicable, with a prize of equal or greater value.
7.3 – Prizes may be supplied by a third-party Supplier.
7.4 – Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable or convertible to other substitutes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, vouchers, or discounts.
7.5 – In the event of a Competition not meeting the minimum sales threshold as defined and held by the Promoter, they (The Promoter) may at their sole discretion choose to either award the respective prize or offer a cash alternative. The cash alternative will be calculated as 75% of the respective Competitions sales less any administration fees incurred by The Promoter.

8 – Storage
8.1 – The Promoter can store the Prize for free of charge for 30 (THIRTY) days, after notifying the winner.

9 – Winner
9.1 – The decision of The Promoter is final.
9.2 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE BY THE WINNER REQUIRES FOR THEM TO HAVE THEIR PHOTOGRAPH AND/OR VIDEO TAKEN BY THE PROMOTER FOR PROMOTIONAL USAGE.

10 – Claiming Your Prize
10.1 – Details on how to claim your Prize will be made available to you when applicable.
10.2 – If the Winners’ personal information, such as contact number or address should change, they must notify The Promoter as soon as possible.
10.3 – Information, including personal details changes should be emailed to The Promoter at info@lucky4ucompetitions.co.uk
10.4 – Notifications must include details of which competition that you have entered, your outdated details and updated details.
10.5 – Cash Prizes will be transferred directly to the Winner(s)’ nominated bank account. The Winner must provide proof that the chosen bank account is theirs or their shared account. Failure to do so within 14 (FOURTEEN) days will result in disqualification and Winner forfeiting the prize. In such circumstances, The Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the Entries received before the Closing Date.

11 – Limitation of Liability
11.1 – Insofar as is permitted by law, The Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring because of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of The Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

12 – Data Protection
12.1 – By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition or as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
12.2 – If you are the Winner of the competition, you agree that The Promoter may use your name, image, and town/county of residence to announce the Winner of this Competition. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by The Promoter.
12.3 – If you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must notify The Promoter prior to the Closing Date. This will not affect your chances of winning the Prize. If you do not agree to participate in any publicity about the Competition, we may still provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority. This is a legal requirement that we must comply with to prove that the competition has been properly administered and the Prize awarded.
12.4 – If you are the Winner of the Competition, you may be required to provide further personal information and proof of your identity to confirm your eligibility to claim the Prize and transfer ownership of the Prize to you. You consent to the use of your information in this way. You are entitled to request further details about how your personal information is being used. You may also withdraw your consent to your personal information being used in such way but by doing so you may prevent the Prize being transferred to you. In such circumstances, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the competition and forfeit the Prize. You will not be entitled to any refund of your entry fee. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
12.5 – Please note that under data protection laws you are entitled to request that The Promoter does not contact you and removes your details from its database. If you make such a request, you will be withdrawing from the competition as it will not be possible to contact you if you are the Winner. You will not be entitled to any refund of any entry fee if you withdraw from the Competition.
